I've been a medical cannabis patient for 22 years. The framework I'll teach you across five 30-minute sessions is the one I built across thousands of patients at Tikun Olam, BOL Pharma, Bazelet, and IMC. By Day 5 you'll know your dose, your timing, your delivery method — and the iteration plan to keep adjusting as your body changes. The whole thing.
Each day we work together for 30 minutes, live on video. The protocol is built collaboratively across the five days — by Day 4 it's finished. By Day 5 you've practiced iterating it on your own data. Then we talk about what comes next.
I don't take payment for the Discovery Week.
When you apply and qualify, the only thing I'll ask is a handwritten letter — signed, in your own hand, saying you'll show up for all five days and do the work between sessions.
You photograph the letter. You email me the photo. Then I schedule the five days with you.
There's a reason for this. The people who'll spend 10 minutes handwriting a letter, signing it, and sending it back — those are the people I can actually help. Money filters by budget. A handwritten letter filters by character. Character matters more for this kind of work.
In 2004 I had Crohn's disease and nothing else had worked. I became the seventh person in Israel to receive a medical cannabis license — the first to get one by direct application to the Ministry of Health, without a court order.
Then I did what nobody else was doing. I founded the Israel Medical Cannabis Association in 2005. I became the first MoH-licensed Medical Cannabis Instructor in 2008. I designed Israel's first structured patient-education programs — the ones that moved the patient drop-off curve from 4 months to 34 months at scale across Tikun Olam, BOL Pharma, Bazelet, and IMC.
I've helped shape medical-cannabis policy in three jurisdictions — Israel, the Czech Republic, and Spain (via Catalonia). I hold US Patent US11346051B2 on cold terpene-printing technology.
I am not a doctor. I never claimed to be. What I am is the patient who was pushed into building the protocol-design system the medical world hadn't built. Full story →
You walk out with all of this regardless of whether we continue working together. The work this week is yours either way.

Zero. No monetary fee. The "payment" is a handwritten letter committing to all five days.
It filters for the people I can actually help. Cash filters by budget. A handwritten letter filters by character. Character matters more for this kind of work — protocol adherence is what determines whether cannabis actually works for you, and the same trait that makes someone write a letter is what makes them follow the protocol.
You walk out with your protocol, your 30-day iteration plan, your journal, the framework, and the session recordings. That's the deal. If at the end of Day 5 it feels right to keep working together, we'll talk about what an ongoing engagement could look like — but only if it's right for you. No pressure.
Yes — recording and transcript are sent to you. On my side I keep only privacy-scrubbed notes tied to a Patient ID convention. Privacy policy →
No. I'm a patient educator. I never claim otherwise. If your situation needs a doctor's intervention rather than education, I'll tell you in Day 1 and recommend the right next step.
The Discovery Week works for caregivers too. Mention this in your application and I'll adjust the framing — by Day 5 you'll have THEIR protocol and the framework to advocate for them with their care team.
Yes. Discovery Week is for people who already have legal access in their jurisdiction. If you don't yet, start there first — there are clinics for that in most regulated markets. Come back when you have product in hand.
I review applications within 48 hours. If we're a fit, the five days usually start within 1-2 weeks. I take 4-5 people per week at most.
Tell me as soon as you know — we reschedule. The whole five days needs to fit inside two weeks total, otherwise the protocol-building loses its calibration.
If you've read this far, you're probably the right person. Send me your application below. I'll read it personally and respond within 48 hours.
