42 academic hours over 12 weeks, taught live and in English by Gil Luxenbourg. The same structured course I've taught to Israeli nurses, multi-state operator clinical teams, and the Czech Parliament — now opened to an international cohort for the first time.
For 15+ years I've taught structured medical-cannabis education to nurses inside Israel's hospital system, clinical teams at multi-state operators (Tikun Olam, BOL Pharma, Bazelet, IMC), and policymakers in three jurisdictions. The course has been refined across thousands of patients and dozens of teaching cohorts.
This is the first time I'm teaching it live, in English, to a public international cohort. The framework, the case studies, the protocol design — all of it, condensed into 42 academic hours across 12 weeks.
Each week is a live session. Between sessions: structured reading, case-study work, journaling, and per-module self-assessment. By Week 12 you'll have the full framework — endocannabinoid science through to clinical protocol design and patient communication.
The first cohort mixes all three audiences in the same live sessions. The diversity is the feature — patients learn alongside professionals, professionals hear lived experience, aspiring coaches see both.
For patients (or family caregivers) who want the deep clinical framework underneath their own protocol. Receive: "WIZDOM Educated — Patient Track" certificate on completion.
For nurses, NPs, MDs, integrative practitioners, dietitians — anyone clinical who needs the cannabis layer to advise patients. Additional case-study work + practitioner-specific Week 11 session. Receive: "WIZDOM Practitioner Certified" certificate.
For people building a cannabis-coaching practice. The patient + practitioner curriculum plus a teaching exercise, a final 1:1 with Gil, and eligibility for the future WIZDOM Certified Guide licensing program. Receive: "WIZDOM Coach Certified" certificate.
Track selection happens after the Discovery Call — it's based on your background and what you want to do with the material, not which one you can afford. The cohort price is the same across all three tracks.
In 2004 I became the seventh person in Israel to receive a medical cannabis license — the first granted by direct application to the Ministry of Health.
Then I built the patient-education system that didn't exist. Founded the Israel Medical Cannabis Association in 2005. First MoH-licensed Medical Cannabis Instructor in 2008. Designed Israel's first structured patient-education programs — the ones that moved the patient drop-off curve from 4 months to 34 months at scale across Tikun Olam, BOL Pharma, Bazelet, and IMC. Built the country's first nurses' training program in 2012. Addressed three governments (Israel, Czech Republic, Spain) on cannabis regulation.
I hold US Patent US11346051B2 on cold terpene-printing technology. I run WIZDOM CBD (100,000+ units shipped). I've been a medical cannabis patient continuously for 22 years.
I'm not a doctor — I never claimed to be. What I am is the patient who was pushed into building the protocol-design system the medical world hadn't built. Full story →
Before you enroll, I want to talk to you for 45 minutes. The Discovery Call is free. We'll figure out which track fits you, whether the cohort timing works for your schedule, and whether the material is what you're actually looking for.
It's not a sales call. If it's not a good fit, I'll tell you and point you somewhere that is. If it is a fit, I'll send you the enrollment details after the call.
I'll share the price during the Discovery Call. It depends on the track that fits you. The conversation isn't about the price — it's about whether the material is right for you. If we agree it is, the price is a small part of the next conversation.
Not yet. The credential is from me personally — the patent holder, MoH instructor, IMCA founder. I'm pursuing CME accreditation but it's not in place for the first international cohort.
~6 hours per week for 12 weeks. The live session is 3.5 hours. Plus ~2.5 hours of asynchronous reading, journaling, and case-study work between sessions. It's a real professional-education load — not a casual webinar series.
Recordings posted within 24 hours. You'll miss the live Q&A but you'll get the content + the discussion. About 30% of any cohort relies on recordings for at least some sessions.
For Track A (patient), yes — same enrollment, both attend. Mention this on the Discovery Call.
Yes — all recordings, all course materials, all future revisions to the course, the alumni community, and a permanent listing on the WIZDOM graduates page.
Yes — typically 2–4 cohorts per year going forward. But the first international cohort is the only one I'll run at the founding cohort rate, and only first-cohort graduates get the founding-member badge.
Tell me on the Discovery Call. If you've enrolled and life changes within the first two weeks, we talk and figure out what makes sense. The cohort is a real commitment but it's not a trap.
If you've read this far, you're probably curious enough to talk for 45 minutes. Book the Discovery Call and we'll figure out the rest together.
