WIZDOM AI provides patient education, protocol design, and patient guidance services. This policy defines the conditions under which payments may be refunded. Refunds are evaluated on whether the contracted patient-education service was delivered, not on clinical outcomes. WIZDOM is not a medical service, and we do not refund based on the effect of any educational protocol on a patient's health.
A full refund is available within seven (7) calendar days of payment, provided the Rescue Analysis call has not yet taken place. Once the Rescue Analysis call has occurred, the six personalized deliverables — Education Plan, Protocol, Iteration Plan, Strain Selection, Journaling Tool, and the WIZDOM Method Book — are considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.
If the call has not occurred and seven days have passed, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Gil's sole discretion.
If the client cancels within the first fourteen (14) calendar days of payment, a pro-rata refund will be issued for unused months, less any sessions or deliverables already provided.
After fourteen days, no cash refund is available. However, the client may transfer the unused tier credit to another patient, subject to Gil's prior written approval and the new patient meeting WIZDOM's onboarding criteria.

Maintenance is a month-to-month subscription. The client may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. The current month is not refunded; future months will not be charged.
No payment, no refund applies.
Clients are asked to contact Gil directly at gil@gilluxenbourg.com before initiating a PayPal dispute or credit-card chargeback. Most refund and service questions can be resolved by email within two business days. Chargebacks and PayPal disputes filed without a prior good-faith email exchange may be contested.
Approved refunds are processed via PayPal within seven (7) business days of approval. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Currency conversion losses, if any, are not reimbursed.
WIZDOM AI operates from Israel. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
