Recording Consent

Version 1.0 — Effective 2026-04-30 — WIZDOM AI / gil@gilluxenbourg.com

Purpose

WIZDOM AI calls are recorded by default. This document explains why, where the recording lives, who has access to it, and how you can opt out. Recording is part of the value you receive — it is not surveillance.

What Recording Provides You

After each call, you receive both the audio recording and a written transcript as part of your WIZDOM deliverables. This gives you a permanent reference for the protocol, the reasoning behind it, and the next steps discussed. Older patients in particular have told us that being able to re-listen to a call removes the pressure of taking notes in real time and makes the educational content more useful.

What Recording Provides Gil

A copy of the recording is retained for the same period (30 days by default) so that Gil can iterate on your protocol between calls and reference what was discussed. The recording is used only for your engagement. It is not used for marketing, training, or any external purpose.

How Consent Works

There are two layers of consent:

The first is written consent, given by accepting this document during onboarding. This establishes the default that WIZDOM calls are recorded.

The second is verbal consent, given at the start of every individual call. At the beginning of each call Gil will say:

"This call is being recorded. The recording and transcript will be sent to you afterward. Do you consent to recording?"

A clear verbal "yes" is sufficient. If you say no, the recording is stopped immediately and the call continues without it.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of recording for any call, for any reason, without explanation. You may also revoke consent for a recording that has already been made by emailing gil@gilluxenbourg.com — the recording and transcript will then be deleted, normally within 24 hours of the request and never later than 72 hours.

Storage and Access

Recordings and transcripts are stored within Google Workspace on Google's Israel and EU infrastructure. Access is limited to Gil and to you. Recordings are never shared with any third party.

Retention

By default, recordings and transcripts are retained for thirty (30) days from the date of the call. After 30 days they are deleted from WIZDOM's storage. If you would like a longer retention period, write to gil@gilluxenbourg.com and a longer period can be agreed.

You retain your own copy indefinitely once it has been delivered to you. After deletion, WIZDOM cannot recover the file for you.

Deletion on Request

You can request deletion of any recording at any time. Requests are processed within 24 hours under normal circumstances.
